From 5:30 a.m. - walks in the olive
groves, shallow waters, swimming - the perfect way to start
a new day watching the sunrise.
Every morning, about ten minutes before sunrise,
activities such as collecting of washed wood start to begin
and also the light of the rising sun, the grounding of marine
shallow water, inhaling the sea and swimming towards the Sun.
Hira Ratan Manek, Sunny Yogin, has brought us a technique
in order to achieve and maintain good health and peaceful
mind - "Sun Gazing'', watching the sun during the period
after sunrise and before sunset, which also will be included.
Morning walk with these activities, takes about 45 minutes
and will be included in Harmony program throughout the summer.

Every day within Harmony
program from 7:00 am to 8:30 am, instructors of Yoga in daily
life will lead the morning program (asana, pranayama, and meditation).
Physical health is fundamental to feel happiness and to obtain
the ability to run a healthy life. In order to acquire physical
health, system of Yoga in Daily Life® on methode Paramhans Svami
Mahešvaranandađi begin with a series of exercises, which initially
heated and then stretched to enhance the flexibility of the
body.
These exercises, along with basic breathing and relaxation techniques,
gradually prepare the students for more advanced postures like
asanas.
