We offer a comprehensive workshop of yoga according to B.K.S.
Iyengar for people practising yoga on regular basis as well
as for beginners with no experience in asanas(body postures).
Iyengar Yoga is a method that allows to adjust practice to
your individual skills and level of advancement.
The workshop will include all groups of asanas, with the
main emphasis on standing postures bringing stability and
strength as well as on back bends bringing openness and invigoration.
All this has been tailored to provide you, first of all, with
experience of deeper relaxation, inner peace and tranquility
as well as, in consequence, to activate your spiritual powers
and energy that will stimulate your potential and enhance
and direct your personal development.
We offer 3 hours of yoga practice daily(asanas) along with
an introduction to pranayama(breathing practice).
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat with them.
Paulina Stroz, M.Ed. and a certified B.K.S. Iyengar yoga
teacher holding a diploma of The Ramamani Iyengar Memorial
Yoga Institute in Pune, India, where she has stayed and practised
several times with Iyengar and his children: Gita and Prashant.
Paulina has been practising yoga since 1995 and participates
on regular basis in annual conventions and workshops of such
renowned and world-famous yoga teachers as Faeq and Corin
Biria (France) and Lois Steinberg (USA), who is a specialist
in the application of medical techniques in Iyengar yoga.
Since 2001 she has been running her own school of Iyengar
yoga in Wroclaw, Poland, providing comprehensive teaching
and guidence for beginners and advanced students as well as
