Journey to
the energies of the natural elements |
The nature provides us with the
purest quality of the elements like
Earth – Fire - Water and Air or Wood – Fire – Earth
– Metal - Water
On this trekking tour we will discover clear energies affecting
our whole body system on the level of matery-spirit and soul
by their nature.
That connects us deep and whole and heals us from bottom down
till up to the very top on all levels of energy layers. Taking
time to experience all elemenets is key so we will spend a
lot of time in the state of feeling and exploring. It easely
can happen meditation there. So if you want to come down from
stress, recover from overstress or sickness, explore a specific
element, get deeper in the silence of meditation or just get
in thouch with the nature and her meaning by wonderfull trekking
paths join us in the croatien mountains close to seaside in
the awakening nature of spring.
For the quality of earth we will discover the dark of a beautiful
cave. For the quality of water we will be close to a river.
For the quality of fire will we will have a big fire. For
the quality of air we will deeply breath.We will go together
in the process of watching, letting go and become whole again.
For specific thematics there will be also space for individual

No ordinary trek! Can you imagine treating
yourself to a four day Spiritual quest in the beautiful, majestic
mountains and country side of Croatia? Not only will you be
inspired by the beauty around you, you will also have the
support and companionship of other like minded people under
the leadership of John Christian. The purpose of the trek
is a quest in mind, body and spirit. John is an experienced
leader with Seven years experience in leading meditation treks
throughout the Himalayas.

get away from it all, returning to Mother Nature is the best
medicine. I personally find it essential for my own well being
to get away from the many distractions of everyday living,
especially City life and to return to Nature. I have discovered
that by being in Nature with the elements, and especially
meditation in Nature, we instinctively remember our Natural
state of being, which is to some a revelation to others a
source of healing and to all a renewal in mind, body and spirit.”
Itinerary: Each day will start and finish with Yoga breathing
and light stretching exercises and meditation. The rest of
the day will be spent enjoying and exploring specially selected
areas that are particularly suited to our aims and purpose.
