Wolfgang Steiner has a founded education as breathing teacher and is the president of the institute ATMAN which teaches integrative breathwork in Austria www.atman.at since 16 years.

This education involves elements of several methods working with the breath

(e.g.: concious connected breathing, rebirthing, holotropic breathwork, vivation, breathing in warm and cold water, ect.) and several thematics throughout our life (e.g. state of birth, childness, relations, emotions,ect,)

Since 2003 years Wolfgang leads through the 9 days path of Chakras in the mountains of Austria.

2003 he founded a mens group (men on a path with heart) which meets once a month in Vienna to get in contact with the energy of the circle of men. This energy freed up a lot the contact to all beings independendly of sex.

2009 he founded a 2nd mens group close to were he lives.

On this top of hill you will have a wide fiew over many islands arround and to the sunset we want to gaze at. This moments will touch you deeply and strenghten your 1st chakra about clearness and power of where you are coming from and who you are now.

This connects you with your forefathers clearing what is propper and apropriate for you.

Tuesday: Connect yourself to the heart of universe 9:00-17:00

In the pool of heart and in the cave of chakras you can connect your heart with the pure energy of love coming from the universe and widen it out into your whole body.

This wideness relativates problems and opens new perspectives to handle life.
